Job Title: HR Business Development Partner

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Development Partner to join our team at Finning International. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business success by providing strategic HR support and guidance to our leadership team.

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for building trusted relationships with our leadership team to drive the delivery of People Plans and business-related projects. This will include advising on employment matters, recruitment, employee experience, reward, performance management, and employee development.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess strong influencing skills, demonstrated by your ability to effectively persuade and inspire stakeholders at various levels. Your excellent presentation skills will enable you to communicate department updates and goals to both internal and external audiences.

**Salary:** £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

**Location:** UK

Key Responsibilities:
• Build trusted relationships with the leadership team to drive the delivery of People Plans and business-related projects
• Provide strategic HR support and guidance to the leadership team
• Develop and implement HR policies and practices that align with business objectives
• Analyze and interpret data to inform HR decisions and drive business outcomes
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish and manage training plans for employees

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• CIPD qualified (level 5 or above) preferred
• At least 5 years of significant all-round experience in a progressive HR role
• Strong relationship-building capabilities, cultivating strong and meaningful connections with stakeholders of all levels
• Advanced collaborative and team-oriented approach, fostering a culture of cooperation within and across departments
• Leadership skills – able to motivate a team, provide training, guidance and encourage career development
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
