Finning is a leading provider of equipment, parts, service, and rental solutions to the mining, construction, agricultural, and energy industries. We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Business Partner to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of post-qualification experience as a fully qualified accountant and excellent negotiation skills. They will be responsible for driving commercial strategies across assigned business divisions/segments, controlling financial assets to maximize shareholder value, and identifying and executing key growth and profitability enhancement strategies.

This role requires strong influencing relationships with major suppliers and customers, governance and support to sales and operational development plans, and leadership in developing alternative commercially viable propositions.

We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £100,000 per annum, 25 days holiday, an annual management bonus, up to 7% pension, private medical insurance, and car allowance.
