At Finning International, we are seeking a Strategic HR Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day guidance to the Administration team to ensure transactional-related HR processes are handled in a timely, legally compliant, fair, and consistent manner.

As a seasoned professional, you will possess strong analytical skills, using data-driven insights to identify trends, anticipate organizational needs and recommend proactive HR solutions. Your excellent communication and presentation skills will enable you to effectively convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner to both internal and external audiences.

**Salary:** £50,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

**Location:** UK

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day guidance to the Administration team to ensure transactional-related HR processes are handled in a timely, legally compliant, fair, and consistent manner
• Analyze and interpret data to inform HR decisions and drive business outcomes
• Develop and implement HR policies and practices that align with business objectives
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish and manage training plans for employees
• Provide regular reporting on HR metrics, including voluntary turnover, headcount, sickness absence, vacancies, training, etc.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• CIPD qualified (level 5 or above) preferred
• At least 5 years of significant all-round experience in a progressive HR role
• Strong relationship-building capabilities, cultivating strong and meaningful connections with stakeholders of all levels
• Advanced collaborative and team-oriented approach, fostering a culture of cooperation within and across departments
• Leadership skills – able to motivate a team, provide training, guidance and encourage career development
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
