We are looking for a Senior Sales and Service Team Lead to join our team at the Swatch Group. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, managing store operations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Main Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of company initiatives and goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in retail management or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Competitive salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year.
