As a Senior Sales and Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales growth, and maintain store visual standards.
Main Responsibilities- Leadership: Motivate, coach, and develop the team to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards
- Sales Achievement: Drive sales growth through effective selling techniques and store visual merchandising
- Customer Service: Deliver a great experience for all customers and exceed their expectations
- Store Operations: Manage store P&L and costs, and ensure the sales floor is always neat, clean, and organized
