Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Store Supervisor to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a leading brand in the UK market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and support new staff members to ensure exceptional service and product knowledge across all stores.
  • Drive sales performance by utilizing expertise to boost sales in every store visited, turning customer interactions into meaningful experiences.
  • Assist with new store openings, from layout setup to team support, ensuring smooth launches and successful store openings.
  • Maintain the highest standards across all areas, including deliveries, promotional updates, stockroom organization, and visual merchandising.
  • Travel to different locations, providing management support where needed most.
Requirements
  • Proven ability in sales and customer engagement.
  • Experience in retail management, especially in furniture or home furnishings.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach, able to jump in and help wherever needed.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of around £40,000 per annum, plus commission.
  • Travel expenses for locations outside of London.
  • Excellent staff discount (after qualifying period).
  • Pension scheme.
  • 28 days holiday per year (inclusive of bank holidays), rising to 33 days after 5 years' service.
