Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at AlphaSense. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about driving sales growth and leading a high-performing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of Product Specialists who are responsible for supporting Account Executives in closing trials by providing white glove and value-add client service. You will drive successful customer outcomes and expand revenue by building deeper relationships with our clients and influencing future lifetime value through higher product adoption.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of work experience in sales or client success with a minimum of 2 years direct people management experience. They will be energetic and creative, possessing natural curiosity with the ability to learn quickly and adapt. Effective attention to detail, time management, and task prioritisation, even when under pressure, are essential.
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
