About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transfer Pricing Tax Senior Manager to join our team at Pro-Tax. As a key member of our Transactions Transfer Pricing Team, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice on transfer pricing matters to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Work closely with the Deals Tax practice as a subject matter specialist, providing transfer pricing advice in the framework of due diligence, acquisition structuring, and post-deal integration.
  2. Conduct testing of policies and calculation of potential exposures of a deal which may have a transfer pricing impact.
  3. Manage projects and support all aspects of work, including developing and planning the best transfer pricing planning approaches and solutions for clients.
  4. Participate in functional analysis interviews and undertake economic analyses.
  5. Coordinate European and global transfer pricing engagements by working with specialists across our global network.
  6. Prepare transfer pricing reports based on functional, comparability, and economic analyses of the client's business.
  7. Support the transfer pricing network through the development of new services and analytical tools, and assume practice management responsibilities.
  8. Assist in various business development opportunities and project pursuits.

  2. Have strong client relationship management skills with the ability to develop quality outputs.
  3. Be able to work in structured project teams.
  4. Be able to plan and monitor projects, budget and timescale management and people.
