Senior Tax Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team at Goodman Masson. As a key member of our tax team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of corporate tax, transfer pricing, tax governance, and VAT for our international group.
Key Responsibilities
- Corporate Tax: Oversee UK and international tax obligations, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Transfer Pricing: Maintain the group's transfer pricing policy, ensuring accurate pricing of transactions and minimizing tax risks.
- Ad Hoc Tax Advisory: Provide expert tax advice to the group on ad hoc matters, ensuring tax efficiency and minimizing tax liabilities.
- VAT: Manage the group's VAT affairs, ensuring accurate VAT returns and minimizing VAT risks.
- Tax Governance and Risk: Maintain the firm's tax governance and risk frameworks, ensuring effective risk management and compliance.
- Group Tax Provisioning: Assist the group tax provisioning calculations and responsibilities, ensuring accurate tax provisioning and minimizing tax risks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in corporate tax, transfer pricing, and VAT.
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations in the UK and internationally.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
