Job SummaryWe are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Surrey location. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences, handling customer inquiries, and promoting sales opportunities. You will work efficiently, show initiative, and provide friendly service to ensure our customers have a fantastic time at our centre.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Book customers into sessions, manage bookings, and handle customer payments accurately.
- Upsell and promote additional services and products to increase revenue and enhance customer experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Prepare and serve food and drinks, ensuring high-quality presentation and prompt service.
- You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- You should be flexible and willing to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- You will need to be confident and comfortable dealing with customers, demonstrating a positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service.
- You should possess strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- You will be part of a close-knit team, working collaboratively to achieve shared goals and objectives.
