About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Postperson to join our team at Royal Mail Group. As a Postperson, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to customers across your designated area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering mail and packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer queries
  • Working independently and as part of a team to achieve delivery targets
  • Maintaining a safe and secure working environment

Requirements:

  • Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays

What We Offer:

  • Competitive monthly salary equivalent to an hourly rate of £14.87p/hr
  • Overtime paid at 1.25 x the normal hourly rate
  • 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service (pro-rata)
  • Full uniform provided
  • Company pension scheme with competitive contribution rates
