The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute your expertise in property law. Your primary responsibilities will include managing conveyancing transactions, conducting property searches, and preparing legal documents. You will also be expected to provide excellent customer service, communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, and maintain accurate records of all transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage conveyancing transactions from initial instruction to completion.
  2. Conduct thorough research and analysis of property titles and documentation.
  3. Prepare and review Offers, missives, and other legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  4. Liaise with clients, solicitors, lenders, and estate agents to facilitate smooth transactions.
  5. Provide expert legal advice on property matters to support clients and colleagues.

Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year.
