Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing conveyancing transactions, conducting property searches, and preparing legal documents. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office software.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Transaction Management: Manage conveyancing transactions from offer acceptance to completion, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  2. Property Research: Conduct thorough research on properties to identify potential issues and opportunities.
  3. Document Preparation: Prepare and review Offers, missives, and other legal documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  4. Client Engagement: Engage with clients, solicitors, lenders, and estate agents to coordinate transactions and ensure client satisfaction.
  5. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  6. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all transactions for future reference.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Strong skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and other office software.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Time Management: Effective time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, with no more than 35 hours per week. The estimated salary range for this position is £22,000-£28,000 per annum.
