Pertemps Glasgow is looking for a skilled Real Estate Legal Assistant to support our team in handling property-related legal work. The successful candidate will have prior experience in property law and possess strong administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drafting and amending legal documents and correspondence

* Liaising with clients and relevant parties
* Coordinating diaries and arranging travel for the team
* Maintaining accurate records and files
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience as a Legal Secretary or Paralegal
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal practice management software
* Familiarity with property transaction processes
