Director of Data Architecture and Analytics

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive data architecture strategy that drives business growth and decision-making. You will lead a team of data engineers, analysts, and scientists to design, build, and maintain a scalable data architecture that supports reporting and analytics across the organization.
Data Architecture and AnalyticsWe are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our data architecture and analytics efforts. Your expertise will be critical in identifying and addressing business needs, developing data-driven solutions, and driving business outcomes.
- Develop and implement a data architecture strategy that aligns with business objectives
- Lead a team of data engineers, analysts, and scientists to design, build, and maintain a scalable data architecture
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business needs
- Develop and maintain data models, data warehouses, and data lakes
- Design and implement data governance and quality processes
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in data architecture and analytics with a strong track record of delivering business outcomes
- Expertise in data modeling, data warehousing, and data lakes
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Fluency in English and Japanese
