Director of Data Architecture and Analytics

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive data architecture strategy that drives business growth and decision-making. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing and building a scalable data architecture ecosystem that empowers advanced decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a data architecture strategy that aligns with business objectives
- Design and build a scalable data architecture ecosystem that supports reporting and analytics
- Lead the development and implementation of ETL processes from internal and external data sources
- Develop an enterprise-wide analytics capability that includes data engineers, analysts, and data scientists
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze various internal and external datasets to provide business insights and actionable recommendations
- Proven experience in data architecture and analytics with a strong background in the healthcare industry
- Strong expertise in data warehousing, data cleansing, and data management concepts
- Advanced knowledge of programming techniques related to data queries
- Broad understanding of pharmaceutical business processes from R&D to commercialization
- Versed in pharmaceutical industry practices and regulations and their applicability to business analytics
