Job Title: Director of Data Architecture and Analytics

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive data architecture strategy that drives business growth and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and build a scalable data architecture to support reporting and analytics across the organization
  • Lead the development and implementation of ETL processes from internal and external data sources
  • Develop an enterprise-wide analytics capability comprising data engineers, analysts, and data scientists
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze internal and external datasets and provide business insights and recommendations
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends in data architecture and analytics and leverage best practices to inform technology strategy
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in data architecture and analytics with a strong background in the healthcare industry
  • Strong expertise in data warehousing, data cleansing, and data management concepts
  • Advanced knowledge of programming techniques related to data queries
  • Broad understanding of pharmaceutical business processes from R&D to commercialization
  • Fluent English with conversational Japanese
