Job Title:

Head of Data Strategy and Architecture

Location: Cambridge/Hybrid

Contract: Permanent

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to oversee and evolve our enterprise-wide data strategy and architecture practice. As Head of Data Strategy and Architecture, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic and transitional data architectures, managing and developing the data architecture team, and establishing and implementing data policies across the organisation.

About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain enterprise-wide data strategies and governance frameworks
  • Lead and develop the data architecture team, enhancing their capabilities and supporting their career advancement
  • Manage and develop the data architecture team, ensuring the delivery of fit-for-purpose information architectures that meet both current and future needs
  • Establish and implement data policies across the organisation, including data governance initiatives and chairing the Data Council
  • Proven experience in leading data architecture teams and initiatives, with a strong understanding of enterprise-wide data strategies and governance
