About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Data Architecture to oversee and evolve our enterprise-wide data strategy and architecture practice.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement the Enterprise Data Strategy and Data Architecture principles that support our mission.
  2. Communicate the goals and ambitions for our data strategy and work with the organisation to implement the necessary changes.
  3. Lead and develop the practice of data architects, supporting career development, and building marketable skills in data architecture, data engineering, and data analysis.
  4. Be accountable for the development and maintenance of strategic and transitional data architectures.
  5. Manage and develop the data architecture team, enhancing their capabilities and supporting their career advancement.
  6. Own and maintain the architectural governance process for information and data-related changes.
  7. Design and lead data governance initiatives, including chairing the Data Council.
  8. Establish and implement data policies across the organisation.
About You
  1. Proven experience in leading data architecture teams and initiatives.
  2. Strong understanding of enterprise-wide data strategies and governance.
  3. Experience in data policy establishment and implementation.
