As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive data architecture strategy that drives business growth and decision-making. You will lead a team of data engineers, analysts, and scientists to design, build, and maintain a scalable data architecture that supports reporting and analytics across the organization.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in data architecture and analytics with a strong track record of delivering business outcomes
- Expertise in data warehousing, data cleansing, and data management concepts
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical business processes and regulations
- Ability to lead and manage a team of data professionals
