Director of Data Architecture and Analytics

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive data architecture strategy that drives business growth and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and build a scalable data architecture to support reporting and analytics across the organization.
- Lead the development and implementation of ETL processes from internal and external data sources to build a proprietary data repository.
- Develop an enterprise-wide analytics capability comprising data engineers, analysts, and build the skills and expertise to support organizational business growth plans.
- Enable the organization to develop skills in creation and utilization of data visualizations and enable effective decision-making.
- Proven experience in Data Architecture and Analytics with demonstrable experience in the healthcare industry.
- Strong expertise in Data warehousing, Data Cleansing & Data Management concepts; Applying artificial intelligence (AI) concepts and technologies.
- Advanced knowledge of programming techniques related to data queries.
- Broad understanding of pharmaceutical business processes – R&D through to Commercialization.
- Versed in the pharmaceutical industry practices and regulations and their applicability to business analytics.
