Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children's Services Manager to join our team at Buckinghamshire Council.

The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of children in care and care leavers, as well as experience in the delivery of services to meet the needs of vulnerable children and/or adults.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Social Work Professional to take on a leadership role and make a positive impact on the lives of children and young people in Buckinghamshire.

As Adult Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising your staff, maintaining team morale, and ensuring that staff performance is monitored and addressed.

With a salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, this role offers a competitive package, including benefits such as flexible working, health and well-being initiatives, and ongoing support and development opportunities.
