Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Regional Care Support Assistant to join our team in the NHS. As a Bank Regional Care Assistant, you will deliver high-quality care and support to residents across a 20-mile radius.

About You:

  • A background in care is essential, with a good understanding of elderly care principles and practices.
  • A Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care would be advantageous, along with a C or above in GCSE English and Maths.
  • You should have a passion for delivering person-centred care and supporting the wellbeing of residents.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Demonstrate empathy and respect in your interactions with residents, promoting their physical and emotional wellbeing.
  2. Contribute to person-centred care planning, ensuring that residents receive tailored support and care.
  3. Record observations on vital signs, such as temperature and blood pressure, to monitor resident health.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include free learning and development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and mileage reimbursement for travel over five miles from your main home.
