Regional Health Assistant

The Regional Health Assistant position involves providing comprehensive care and support to residents across a 20-mile radius. This varied role requires flexibility, empathy, and strong communication skills to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver warm, empathetic, and respectful care and support to residents.
- Monitor the delivery of care, contributing to person-centred care planning and recording observations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction.
Requirements:
- A background in care and a good understanding of elderly care are essential.
- A Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care is beneficial, as is a good understanding of the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
What We Offer:
We provide a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including free learning and development opportunities.
