Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in providing exceptional care and support to our residents. This is a varied role that requires flexibility, as you will be working across a 20-mile radius, covering shifts as needed.

In this position, you will be responsible for delivering warm, empathetic, and respectful care and support, monitoring the delivery of care, contributing to person-centred care planning, and recording important observations.

You will need a background in care, a good understanding of elderly care, and a Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care would be useful. Ideally, you will also have a C or above in GCSE English and Maths.

The estimated salary for this role is £18,000 - £20,000 per annum, depending on experience, and includes competitive pay, free learning and development opportunities, and the chance to make a difference in the lives of our residents.
