Night Support Worker Role

Hiring Manager Overview:

Welcome to Hamilton Woods, a leading provider of social housing services. We are currently seeking an experienced and caring individual to join our team as a Night Support Worker.

About the Job:

This temporary position requires the candidate to work shifts from 21:45 to 08:45, including some Friday night working. The key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting young people aged 16-25 facing homelessness
  • Ensuring building safety and security
  • Operating CCTV systems
  • Performing housing management tasks
  • Maintaining staff and communal areas

Requirements:

  • Experience working with young people
  • Enhanced DBS check

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary for this role, estimated to be around £1,536 per week, based on 21 hours at £73.14 per hour (assuming a £16 per hour wage). In addition, we provide opportunities for professional development and growth within our organization.
