Outbound Call Agent

**Key Duties**:

- **Have Full Diairies in Every Practice**:

- **Conduct outbound calls to book appointments and perform follow-ups.**:

- **Uphold high customer satisfaction through excellent service.**:

- **Meet and exceed appointment targets.**:

- **Accurately record client details and call outcomes.**

Essential Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales or call centre roles, with a proven record of achieving targets.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to a team environment.
- Minimum of secondary education; further qualifications are beneficial.

**Salary**: £10.42-£11.03 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
