Job Overview
A Night Support Worker is required to work with young people aged 16-25 facing homelessness. The role involves working shifts from 21:45 to 08:45, with some Friday night working required.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for allowing entry into the building, supporting young people in person and over the phone when needed, ensuring the safety of those inside the building, operating CCTV, and performing housing management tasks.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with young people and an enhanced DBS check. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, providing excellent support to vulnerable individuals. The salary for this role is approximately £16 per hour, based on industry standards for similar positions in the area.

Working Arrangements
This is a temporary position, working 21 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work a shift pattern that includes nights and occasional Fridays. We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment, with opportunities for professional development and growth.
