About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Empowering stakeholders through ad-hoc analyses using e-commerce analytics platforms, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Contributing to the strategic direction of our organization, aligning analytics with business goals and informing crucial decisions.
- Driving data-led optimization, leveraging digital data to optimize key business areas, from merchandising to commercial, with clear action recommendations.
- Fostering a data-first mindset, collaborating with stakeholders to embed data-driven decision making across all digital activities.
- Monitoring market trends and analyzing competitor performance, sharing insights to inform strategic adjustments.
- Tool mastery and advocacy, becoming the e-commerce team's analytics power user, promoting tool awareness and capability.
Key Skills and Experience Required
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics
- Experience within Google Analytics 4/GA4
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and drive data-driven decision making
- Strong understanding of the e-commerce/retail landscape
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Excellent communication skills
