Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design, implement, and lead the Mobilisation and Transition strategy in line with company objectives.
  2. Support the Business Development Team in 'productising' Mobilisation and Transition services for competitive advantage.
  3. Ensure all existing and future Mobilisations and Transition projects are adequately resourced.
  4. Perform the role of Mobilisation and Transition Manager as required, including leading change projects/programmes.
  5. Design and own the Mobilisation and Transition Playbook and ensure stakeholders are competent.
Daily Tasks:
  1. Bid pipeline tracking
  2. Programme design and implementation
  3. Strategy design and implementation
  4. Resource tracking & assignment
  5. Training and development of Mobilisation and Transition team
  6. IMS document management for Mobilisation and Transition and demobilisation
  7. Tender writing reviews, pricing design, project plan design
  8. Document and process standardisation
  9. Mobilisation and transition progress tracking and reporting
  10. Senior management briefings on progress and risks
  11. Team/client escalation and query handling
  12. Governance structure implementation
  13. Continuous improvement of ownership areas
  14. Team line management
  15. Budget management
Requirements:
  1. Experience in leading and managing a Mobilisation and Change service within an FM context
  2. Extensive experience in leading and managing the mobilisation of major TFM contracts
  3. Extensive experience within a TFM Account Management role as well as a Mobilisation Management role
  4. Extensive experience in FM operations and operational design
  5. Project Management accredited (ideally APM-PMQ)
  6. Thorough technical knowledge of the operation and maintenance of a TFM environment
  7. Knowledge of current legislation and mandatory standards relating to safe working practices
  8. Valid full driving licence
