Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mobilisation Manager to lead the mobilisation phase of new building services contracts. This role requires strong planning, coordination, and execution skills to ensure a seamless transition from contract award to operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Mobilisation Planning: Develop detailed plans, timelines, and milestones to guide the mobilisation process, including project coordination, resource allocation, and risk management.

  2. Contractor Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors during the mobilisation phase, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring effective communication.

  3. Resource Coordination: Identify, allocate, and manage necessary resources (staff, equipment, materials) required for successful mobilisation, ensuring optimal utilisation and efficiency.

  4. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all mobilisation activities adhere to contractual, regulatory, and industry standards, with particular emphasis on health, safety, and environmental policies.

  5. Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the mobilisation process, develop mitigation strategies, and implement measures to ensure timely delivery and achieve business objectives.

Requirements
  • Essential: Proven experience in mobilisation, project management, or operations roles within the building services, facilities management, or related sectors.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Effective collaboration with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations: Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the building services or facilities management industry.

  • Achievement of Mobilisation Milestones: Meeting agreed timelines and budget targets, with a focus on quality and efficiency.

  • Client Satisfaction Ratings: High client satisfaction ratings during the mobilisation process, reflecting effective communication, professionalism, and customer-centric approach.

Working Conditions: Ability to work flexible hours based on project needs, with a combination of office-based work and on-site coordination.
