We are looking for a skilled Mobilisation Manager to join our team at The Oyster Partnership. Our client is a leading developer in the UK, with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects.

As Mobilisation Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating resources, teams, and processes to ensure seamless project execution. You will work closely with planning and design teams to ensure up-to-date operational practices are factored into planning applications.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in mobilisation within a property sector and proven operational experience within a customer-facing environment. You will also have the ability to influence, lead, manage, support, develop, and inspire a geographically dispersed team.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £62,500 per annum.
