Role Overview:

CUBE is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our customer delivery efforts within the EMEA region. As the Regional Customer Executive Head, you will oversee the entire customer lifecycle, ensuring seamless onboarding, exceptional service, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mobilisation, Delivery, and Benefits: Take end-to-end responsibility for mobilising, delivering, and ensuring the benefits of onboarding projects for all customers within the EMEA region.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team of Project Leads, Consultants, Regulatory SMEs, and Integration Leads.
  • Project Ownership: Own CUBE's implementation projects from initial customer engagement, statements of work, project tracking, and exceptional delivery.
  • Customer Service and Retention: Ensure unrivalled customer service and retention by exceeding expectations and proactively managing any issues arising during the relationship.
  • Service Utilisation: Drive service utilisation ratios through continuous improvement once customers are in BAU.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal functions to ensure legal, financial, and technical requirements are fully satisfied and approved for each customer engagement.
  • Partner and Subcontractor Management: Maintain existing and develop new relationships with partners and subcontractors as necessary to ensure customers receive a high-quality, aligned service proposition.

Requirements:

  • Experience working at a large consultancy firm or an enterprise bank, delivering and leading regulatory-driven projects for financial institutions.
  • A sound understanding of regulations and regulatory frameworks applicable to the financial services industry or large enterprise banks.
  • Experience assessing and transforming operating models within banks.
  • Experience leading change or transformation that leverages cloud-based tech solutions.
