Role Overview:
Teachers Together Careers, a leading education recruitment agency, is seeking an experienced SEND Support Professional to join our team. As a SEND Support Professional, you will provide vital support and assistance for pupils with special educational needs in Hertfordshire, Luton, and Bedfordshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teaching staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Provide individualised support to SEND pupils as required
- Represent Teachers Together Careers with professionalism and integrity at all times
- Offer constructive feedback and guidance as needed
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced educational setting
- Experience working with children with special educational needs preferred
- Enhanced DBS check required
