About the Role

  • This full-time position will involve working closely with children who have ASD, ADHD, and other MLD, providing support and guidance to ensure their academic and personal growth.
  • You will be responsible for developing creative lesson plans, reporting progress to teachers, and building strong relationships with parents.
  • Collaboration with other LSAs and teachers is essential in creating a fun and safe learning environment.

Requirements

  • Prior experience working with children with SEND is beneficial, but not essential. What's most important is your passion, energy, and willingness to learn.
  • Able to commute to Luton and commit to a full-time schedule, 8:30-3:30 minimum.
  • Available to work collaboratively with the team to foster a positive and inclusive school culture.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of £23,000 - £28,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus benefits such as career development opportunities and a supportive working environment.
