Sales Performance Manager

The Role: An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for a Sales Performance Manager to lead the Baxi residential one-off region covering postcodes TA, EX, PL, TQ, TR. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining existing installers and growing business levels via a network of merchants and electrical wholesalers.
About the Role:
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve set targets for selling Baxi domestic solutions, including gas boilers, ASHPs, unvented cylinder ranges, and Heatrae Sadia products.
- Work closely with merchants and electrical wholesalers to sell the Baxi and Heatrae Sadia product range and drive pull-through sales from installers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key account merchants to build trusting partnerships.
About You:
- You will have experience in the marketplace and be self-motivated, working well in a team environment.
- You will possess excellent communication skills to engage with installers, merchants, and internal stakeholders.
- You will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve set goals.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
