Elite Venue Selection is seeking an experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at Bosworth Hall Hotel in Market Bosworth, Warwickshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming enquiries, coordinating with hotel departments, and maximising revenue.

As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless transitions from enquiry to event delivery. You will oversee all event paperwork, forecasting, and reporting, while building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in hotel sales, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to tasks. Experience with Microsoft Office and hotel software such as Opera Cloud is advantageous.

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including career development opportunities, significant staff discount rates, and more.
