About the Role

N.E. Recruitment is proud to present an exciting opportunity for a skilled Night Manager to join our team at a prestigious hotel in Eastbourne. As a key member of the Front of House management team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during late-night hours.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the night team and ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service and support to guests.
  2. Manage the front desk, handle guest queries, and coordinate room assignments to ensure seamless check-ins and check-outs.
  3. Conduct regular security patrols and fire checks to guarantee the hotel's safety and security.
  4. Prepare snacks and serve food and drinks to guests, using creativity and flair to exceed their expectations.
  5. Assist guests with luggage, provide advice on hotel facilities and local attractions, and valet park cars with care and attention.
Requirements:
  • Clean, valid UK driving license
  • A warm and welcoming personality, able to make a lasting impression on guests while being assertive when necessary.
  • Previous experience in a hotel environment, with a strong understanding of hospitality principles.
  • Previous night-time experience preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy lifting and other demanding tasks.
