We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator/Billing Administrator to join Chubb Fire & Security Limited in the UK.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project coordination, billing administration, and data management.
Main Responsibilities- Coordinate projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Manage billing processes, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliation.
- Develop and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Aptitude for learning new systems, processes, and technologies.
- Ongoing training and development opportunities.
- A competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
