Project Administration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our team at Permanent Futures. The successful candidate will have excellent project coordination skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Develop and implement project plans and timelines.
- Facilitate project meetings and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are completed to a high standard and on time.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in project administration.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with project management tools, such as MS Projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
