About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our team at Permanent Futures. The successful candidate will have excellent project coordination skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Develop and implement project plans and timelines.
  • Facilitate project meetings and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are completed to a high standard and on time.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in project administration.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with project management tools, such as MS Projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
