About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Education Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at the NHS. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health and education, with experience in working with children and young people in educational settings.

The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate diploma in Education Mental Health or a related field, and will have experience in delivering therapeutic interventions to children and young people. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively with schools and other stakeholders.

The role will involve working with children and young people who are experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties, and providing them with support and guidance to help them manage their emotions and behaviors. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and delivering training and workshops for schools and parents, and for providing consultation and support to schools on mental health and wellbeing.
