Dental Office Coordinator

About the Role
Rodericks Dental is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for every patient, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their visit.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care and service, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact to departure.
- Manage patient schedules and appointments, ensuring efficient use of time and minimizing wait times.
- Work closely with the dental team to understand treatment options and provide patients with clear information and guidance.
- Process payments and handle patient billing, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Liaise with dental laboratories, suppliers, and other organizations to ensure seamless communication and service.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn practice software.
