We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Patient Coordinator to join our team at London - E11even Dental Wellness. As a Patient Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice, providing exceptional patient care, and supporting our clinical team.
About the Role:- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for patients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Manage patient schedules, appointments, and communication, ensuring seamless coordination with our clinical team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
- Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.
