Key Responsibilities:- Manage the practices on a rota basis, ensuring effective growth, development, and running of the businesses.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones.
- Lead and motivate staff, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
- Manage HR and recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial reports to inform business decisions.
- Support clinicians in achieving their goals and objectives.
- Previous experience in dental practice management, preferably in a similar setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in computerized dental practice management systems.
- Desirable: GDC registration.
