MBR Dental is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dual-Site Dental Practice Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage both practices located in Pyrford and Guildford on a rota basis.
- Oversee the effective growth, development, and running of the practices.
- Responsibilities include marketing, staff development, HR and recruitment, compliance, managing KPIs and P&Ls, and supporting clinicians to achieve their goals.
- Deliver and source staff training and development for the practice teams and manage conflict.
- Previous dental practice management experience is essential.
- GDC registration is desirable.
MBR Dental offers a competitive salary of £40k per annum, depending on experience, and an annual bonus scheme.
The practices are computerized using Dentally and have 9 surgeries in total.
