Dental Office Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Office Coordinator to join our team at Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide comprehensive and high-quality administrative support services to our Dental Referral Centre and Admin Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Dental Referral Centre and Admin Team, ensuring the smooth running of patient clinics and administrative tasks.
- Work collaboratively with administrative colleagues and clinical staff to ensure the provision of an effective, courteous, and welcoming service to patients, carers, visitors, and staff.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and databases to support the efficient operation of the Dental Referral Centre.
- Assist in the coordination of patient appointments, referrals, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Trust policies and procedures.
