Hearing Aid Dispenser Coordinator

Inspired Selections Group is seeking an experienced Hearing Aid Dispenser to join their team as an Audiology Administrator. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading provider of private hearing healthcare services in the UK.
As an Audiology Administrator, you will be responsible for processing sales administration of orders, accurately completing audiograms and filling out records on the CMS system, and providing reports to support testing sales activities and planning. You will also deliver excellent aftersales service, responding to service calls and resolving issues and queries.
To be successful in this role, you must be a qualified Audiologist/Hearing Aid Dispenser with a valid driving licence. In return, you can expect a competitive salary of £37,062, a generous commission scheme, company car or car allowance, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, core hours from Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, mobile phone with an agreed monthly allowance, health insurance, and ongoing training and excellent career progression opportunities.
