Women's Healthcare Manager Role

Next Link is currently seeking a skilled Female Health Specialist to join our team in the Bristol, North Somerset and South Glos region. As a part-time employee (30 hours/week), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare services, with occasional out-of-hours support and some evening/Saturday shifts. The position is a fixed-term contract lasting until 31st March 2026. In return for your expertise, you will receive a competitive annual salary ranging from £45,000 to £55,000.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing effective healthcare strategies for women.
- Leading a dedicated team providing specialized health interventions.
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared objectives.
Requirements:
- Strong educational background in women's health or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
