About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Delivery Expert to join our team at Elvie, a pioneering company dedicated to empowering women. As a key member of our Programme Delivery function, you will play a pivotal role in leading and guiding cross-functional teams to develop and deliver digital products that transform lives.

This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and MAHD, to drive high-quality delivery and inspire positive change within our organization. You will collaborate closely with product managers, software engineers, data scientists, and digital designers to shape and manage a diverse backlog of activities, ensuring seamless release plans and successful product launches.

In this dynamic role, you will also contribute significantly to building and refining our delivery management craft at Elvie. By applying your knowledge of agile principles, you will cultivate best practices, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and motivate your team to excel.

The ideal candidate will have around 5-7 years of experience in a commercial business, preferably in a digital product environment where they have operated as a Delivery Manager or a similar role. Proven experience in introducing agile practices into an organization is essential, along with a deep understanding of technologies behind connected devices, mobile apps, data infrastructure, APIs, QA, AI/ML, or DevOps.

A strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to gather and interpret agile data to inform decision-making are crucial. Top-class communication skills, both technical and non-technical, are required to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across all modern working mediums.
