Job Summary

This role is responsible for driving sales growth within designated geographic territories across the UK. The successful candidate will lead a small professional sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage sales issues in assigned territories.
  • Lead, manage, and develop the UK sales team.
  • Develop and monitor key accounts.
  • Conduct sales calls and visits to top accounts as required.
  • Deliver new product presentations and coordinate trade shows.
  • Travel throughout the region as needed to support sales efforts.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in leading a remote sales team in individual countries or markets.
  • Demonstrate eligibility to live and work in the UK.
  • Native or fluent English language ability.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Training and Development

  • On-the-job training as appropriate.
  • Fluency in English is required; a second language is advantageous.
